TAKT is a London-based design agency specialising in user-centred design (UCD) for high-stakes, regulated public systems — across government, justice, and health technology. We create trusted digital services, and we make sure the AI behind them is safe, accountable, and fit for public scrutiny.

TAKT Stories is our editorial reportage and visual ethnography practice. The same eye and the same systems fluency, applied to a camera instead of a service map. We run it for organisations that refuse to be represented by stock photography or AI-generated imagery.
